"Phoebe" - Orange Comet Phoebe
Phoebe was our first English Setter. She came from a liter in Abington, MA, daughter of a Stone Gables dog and raised in a family situation. Little Phoebe was the runt. We were last to visit the family and fell in love with the little girl. She wasn't a show dog but was as special as any dog I have ever known or owned. We taught Phoebe to run on the sidewalk in Boston when we rode our bicycles. She stuck with us and avoided the traffic. I would be too afraid to try and train another English Setter to do this.
